By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related store policies, including our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.

Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Products and Availability

Internet LGS sells trading card game products, collectibles, sealed products, single cards, graded cards, supplies, and related items.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, images, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel orders, or refuse service when necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.

We may set purchase limits per customer, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, IP address, or other identifying information.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to involve suspected fraud, automated checkout behavior, payment issues, abuse of promotions, attempts to bypass purchase limits, or other activity that creates inventory, fulfillment, or security concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when applicable.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for an order that was fulfilled according to our policies may result in cancellation of pending orders, refusal of future service, account closure, and submission of order, shipment, delivery, and communication records to the payment processor or financial institution.

Shipping

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If we are unable to ship an order within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy or otherwise required by law, we will handle the delay, cancellation, or refund as required by applicable law.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing, scans, and transit handling are controlled by the carrier. Internet LGS is not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, weather delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, mail forwarding issues, freight forwarders, reshippers, or packages marked delivered by the carrier, except where required by law or expressly stated in our Shipping Policy.

If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed, we may assist with carrier claims when appropriate.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged item claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. 

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product listing. We may request photos, packaging materials, shipping labels, and other documentation to evaluate the issue or assist with a carrier claim.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy, all sales are final. Due to the collectible, randomized, and tamper-sensitive nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, market value changes, pull results, grading expectations, duplicate cards, or dissatisfaction with randomized contents.

Trading Card and Collectible Condition

We make reasonable efforts to describe product condition accurately. However, trading cards, sealed products, boxes, wrappers, and collectibles may have normal manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or handling imperfections.

Product images are provided for reference and may not always reflect the exact packaging variation, print run, language, promotional sticker, shrink-wrap style, display configuration, or minor cosmetic details of the item received, unless the product listing expressly states that the exact item pictured is being sold.

Unless specifically stated, we do not guarantee any specific grade, grading outcome, centering, print quality, pull rate, card contents, card value, sealed product value, or future market value.

Intellectual Property

Our original content on this website, including branding, text, graphics, photos, and written materials, is owned by or licensed to Internet LGS unless otherwise stated.

Product names, trademarks, logos, and brands remain the property of their respective owners. Internet LGS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Magic: The Gathering, Disney, Lorcana, or any other trademark owner unless explicitly stated.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, abuse promotions, or engage in fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, close accounts, or block access to the site if we believe these Terms of Service or our store policies have been violated.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms, apps, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, marketing tools, fraud-prevention services, and other service providers to operate our store, process orders, accept payments, fulfill shipments, improve our website, and communicate with customers.
